Welcome to Perisson Counselling. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, digital products, and any other offerings made available by Perisson Counselling ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our site or services.

1. Use of Services

​Perisson Counselling offers professional counselling services, wellness resources, and digital products. Services are provided by qualified mental health professionals and are intended for personal development, relational healing, and emotional wellbeing.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to access counselling services.

1.2 No Emergency Services

Perisson Counselling does not provide emergency or crisis counselling. If you are in immediate danger or require urgent mental health support, please contact emergency services or a crisis line in your area.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in counselling services, you agree to:

  • Participate voluntarily and take responsibility for your own wellbeing.

  • Respect boundaries and confidentiality as outlined in our counselling agreement.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during intake and sessions.

3. Session Policies

3.1 Booking & Payment

  • All counselling sessions must be paid in full prior to the appointment.

  • Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system or directly through your therapist.

3.2 Cancellations & Refunds

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • Counselling services are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. Digital Products and Resources

4.1 Access & Use

  • Digital products (e.g., workbooks, journals, courses) are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Redistribution, copying, or resale of digital products is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. All personal information shared through counselling sessions is kept confidential, except in circumstances where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court orders, or child protection concerns).
